Cancellation Policy

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Special notes on commencement of service

a) Web hosting & IT services

If you have expressly agreed at the time of ordering that we may begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfilment of the contract, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the contract has been completely fulfilled by us.

Regardless of this, we voluntarily grant you a 14-day trial period for our hosting services. If you withdraw from the contract during this time, we will refund the full amount paid. After this period, a pro-rata refund will be made corresponding to the services already provided.

b) Domain registrations

There is no right of withdrawal for domain registrations, as the service (registration with the registry) is provided immediately and cannot technically be reversed (§ 356 para. 4 BGB).
